It's been a year since we moved in, oh ugly bushes, but now you are gone.
Our builder chose you, but we never liked you. And tomorrow you will be replaced with nice, pretty bushes that do not grow all over and make our front yard look messy.

What did those bushes ever do to you? "Our builders choose you, but we never liked you." That seems a little harsh. Am I detecting a little hostility? I think that you should tell us how you really feel and not sugar coat it. I am glad they are gone and I really like the new stuff, but my back is killing me.
